This ticket gives you access to the History Museum, International Watchmaking Museum, Fine Art Museum, Muzoo, and Rural and Craft Museum. It is valid for two consecutive days.

Each admission ticket also gives you discounts in the six following partner institutions: Rural and Craft Museum, Maison Blanche, Le Locle Fine Art Museum, Le Locle Watch Museum, Col-des-Roches Cave Mills, Neuchâtel tourism – Mountains (little train and guided tour, enquire for schedule).

Simultaneous guided tour in French for adults and fun tour for children aged 6 to 12 (Permanent and temporary exhibition alternately).

On the first Sunday of every month at 11.00, except July and August.

Languages : French, German, English, Italian. 1 tour guide per 20 visitors max.

  • guided tours with two special takes on the town for those who already know a little bit about its past.

Admission is free for all public schools in the Canton of Neuchâtel, including higher education.

Discount (provided that the group leader collects all the tickets):

  • 10 – 19 people = 1 free ticket.
  • 20 – 29 people = 2 free tickets.
  • 30 – 39 people = 3 free tickets.
  • 40 – 49 people = 4 free tickets.
  • 50 – 59 people = 5 free tickets.
 

Access

By public transport : bus n° 301, 303, 311 or 312 (bus stop: Théâtre)
The Museum is 5 minutes’ walk from the station.

There are few parking spaces nearby, however you may use the underground car parks at Métropole Centre and Espacité.

Cards for unlimited parking in urban areas in the town are for sale at the Museum: 12.- for one day / 48.- for a week.

Access ramp and lift, parking space (on the Rue de la Loge). Assistant dogs welcome.

  • There are footstools in the exhibition rooms to help our younger visitors see our displays.
  • Prams and strollers welcome (access ramp, lift, and access to exhibition rooms).
  • Changing table.
  • Cafeteria with microwave and highchair.

Large wooded park around the History Museum and near the International Watchmaking Museum and Fine Art Museum. You may picnic outside in the park or enjoy our terrace, specially set up in front of the Museum, and our self-service cafeteria.
